YOGI OR WARRIOR
The conflict resides within us, submerged in the depths of our being. We exist in a perpetual state of flux, never wholly the Yogi or the Warrior in any instance. The equilibrium between these two aspects is a constant interplay we navigate. It's tempting to linger heavily on one side, finding solace there. However, growth doesn't thrive in comfort's embrace. Just as a seed doesn't breach the surface through ease.
MOVEMENT EVOLUTION
We undergo an evolution in our cognition, existence, and patterns of motion. We experiment with forms within our physical selves, simultaneously broadening our awareness. By amalgamating diverse realms of movement, we disrupt established patterns, allowing novel ones to take shape.

Being a Yoga teacher I have designed my live around some principles from the yoga teachings. This is what my Yoga practice instils in my life. To maximum simplicity, durability and style. From what I choose to eat, to the clothes we wear, down to feet. Clearing the clutter in your life will help you discover more of who and what your are, be it mental, emotional or physical clutter. Yoga brings that focus and patients to lift that clutter. To experience a more fulfilling life. I speak from my own experience.

WHY YOGA WITH MAY?
For me yoga, is many things, yoga is a way of life, it represents an aware state of being, it's a place of concentration, contemplation, exploration and peace, it’s a sanctuary within myself. It is my practice where I equip myself with tools for dealing with the real world as well as dealing with myself. Yoga makes me feel connected to everything. Practicing yoga asana and pranayama and meditation is a process of cleansing the mind and body so that we are able to tap into and access a high consciousness.
